键财机械企业股份有限公司于1973创立于台北，为台湾专司各种螺丝搓牙及割沟机械生产之第一大厂。随着企业发展，2001年11月又设立了键财机械（上海）有限公司。而成立上海键财后，公司产品又增加生产系列的配套设备，如打头机、空心打头机、拉钉打头机等。有鉴于大陆扣件制造及市场需求不断大增，又于平湖投入45,500平方米的厂房，将于2008年底落成。键财目前以1200台的年产量达到相当高的大陆搓牙机市占率。

chien tsai machinery enterprise co.,ltd. was established in taipei in 1973 and is the largest plant with specialty on the production of various thread rolling and slotting machinery.with the development of the company,it established a subsidiary-jiancai machinery(shanghai) co.,ltd. in nov.,2001. while after the establishment of jiancai machinery (shanghai),the company started to produce associated equipment of the series like heading machine,hollow heading machine and blind rivet heading machine etc.. additionally,demand of fasteners manufacturing and market in china continuously increased,chien tsai further set up 45,500 square meters of plant in pinghu, it will be completed at the end of 2008.at current stage,chien tsai grabs the considerable market share of the thread rolling machines in china with annual production of 1200 sets.
