二、公司成立于2006年，工厂成立于1994年，位于安徽芜湖，占地面积50000平方米，建筑面积32000平方米。现有员工400余人，技术人员40余人 
三、生产设备：2009年公司投入2000多万引进高精度内外圆防形车床、高精度双端面磨床、自动倒角机、修口机、数控机床德国（PSA-10K）梯面磨、日本(R-4MG-L)成型磨、瑞士PT公司的（S-M1100C）等离子喷钼以及各种组合衬环的自动冲压、成型和钢环自动绕圆等生产流水设备 
四、表面处理：公司建有表面处理中心——能处理氧化、氮化、磷化、镀铬、镀锡、镀钛、喷钼等工艺 
五、毛坯生产：拥有一条毛坯铸造生产线、理化室和质量检测中心 
六、质量体系：通过了ISO9002质量体系认证，全面执行TS/16949国际质量控制体系生产标准 
七、产品种类：现已开发世界各种车型活塞环产品6000多规格，年生产能力4000万片

      the company introduced circle inside and outside the anti-shape lathe, high precision double end grinder, automatic chamfering machine, repair mouth machine, CNC machine tools in Germany (PSA-10K) ladder surface grinding, Japan (R-4MG-L) forming mill,Switzerland PT’s (S-M1100C), plasma spraying of molybdenum and various combinations of liner ring automatic stamping, forming and steel ring automatic water and other production facilities around the circle.Oxidation surface treatment,nitrogen, phosphate, chrome, tin, titanium plating, spraying molybdenum. Foundry also has a blank line, physical and chemical room, and quality inspection center.
